The Intentional Service
The
Intentional Service experience combines the intellectual approach
(skills, knowledge, competencies and abilities) and the experiential
method (emotional involvement, core values, attitudes and inspiration).
In doing this, we insure that the participants will learn and
understand the Person to Person skills and at the same time inspire them
to use those skills when the appropriate opportunities arrive.

Systematic Problem Solving
The
Systematic Problem Solving workshop teaches the fundamentals of problem
identification and problem analysis. The following critical problem
solving skills are developed and practiced in this one-day workshop
using case studies, skill building work sheets and direct application to
the real everyday problems of participants: Problem Identification,
Priority, Most Likely Cause, Test and Root Cause. Duration: 8 hours.
Systematic Problem Solving - Self-Paced Instruction
This
computer-based program teaches the basics of three critical thinking
processes: Problem Inventory, Problem Solving and Tracking Root Cause.
The lessons can be delivered using individual CDs, downloaded from the
web, or run with a Learning Management System. Duration: 8 hours.
